Disposable Room explores how urban nomads construct a temporary sense of home through cheap soft furnishings and repeated acts of relocation. In unfamiliar rooms, objects are used to perform belonging, covering over the instability of identity and place. Yet these makeshift comforts never fully repair the sense of dislocation, revealing how personal identity becomes entangled with material possessions and consumer logic.
